Automated welding production line for the rear subframe of automobiles
China
The automatic welding production line for automotive rear subframes is the core manufacturing process for forming key automotive chassis structural components. It mainly completes the processes of cutting, assembly, welding, correction, and inspection for key load-bearing structural components such as crossbeams, longitudinal beams, mounting brackets, and connecting joints. The entire production line is characterized by high precision, high stability, low deformation, and high automation level, and strictly meets the standards for heavy-duty, anti-fatigue, and safe operation of automotive chassis systems.
Product Features Description

The overall layout of the scheme adopts a linear layout form. Within the line, the logistics use robots to handle the upper and lower components. Outside the line, manual workers place the loose parts onto the positioning workbench. After welding is completed, the robot places the electrophoretic material onto the vehicle, and the AGV automatically transports it away to the next process. The entire line consists of stations such as loading parts, nut protrusion welding, upper and lower plate spot welding, upper and lower plate assembly, loose part arc welding, supplementary welding, marking, laser cleaning, and loading vehicle.
