Overview of the Automated Welding Workstation for Pump Truck Legs

The outriggers of the concrete pump truck are the core heavy-load structural components that bear the entire weight of the vehicle and provide safety protection. They are divided into front outriggers, rear outriggers and telescopic outriggers, and are constructed with thick plates of high-strength alloy steel in a box-type structure.

The entire production line adopts a multi-station assembly line layout, with segmented processes and coordinated operations.

•The overall precision processing base platform is adopted, along with multi-point synchronous hydraulic pressing, end positioning and side wall clamping structures.

The left and right front outriggers of the concrete pump truck are the core load-bearing and safety support components of the vehicle during operation. They are a pair of symmetrical high-strength steel box-type thick plate structures, mainly responsible for bearing the overturning load of the entire machine, the vehicle's own weight, and the construction impact load.
