From June 17th to 20th, the 28th Beijing-Essen Welding and Cutting Exhibition was grandly held at the Shanghai New International Expo Center. By applying AI algorithms to analyze various signals during the laser welding process, and by using lasers and vision sensors to obtain information on the weld penetration depth and the weld pool image, it is possible to predict the geometric shape of the weld seam, the temperature distribution, and potential defects. This enables innovative applications in the field of laser welding and cutting.

01 Multi-laser coaxial wire feeding welding system: This equipment adopts dual-band laser composite technology, enabling seamless welding of such as copper; the coaxial wire feeding system breaks the directional limitation of side wire feeding, and the function of simultaneously feeding wire and powder can effectively improve the weld quality; compared to single-head coaxial wire feeding, it has lower cost and higher efficiency, and has great application value in fields such as new energy vehicle batteries and precision electronics.

02 Three-dimensional five-axis laser processing system: Highly efficient cutting, capable of flexibly switching between cutting, welding, and cladding modes. Strong stability, easy operation, and high cost-effectiveness. Integrated design makes installation convenient, supports custom processing area, can meet the diverse needs of different industries, and can easily handle various precision and large-scale workpiece processing.

03 Collaborative Robots + Laser Arc Composite/Handheld Laser Welding System: Utilizing laser and arc composite technology, it enables 6-10mm sheet metal welding without requiring groove openings. Compared to pure laser welding, it has lower requirements for joint gaps and higher efficiency than arc welding. The welding deformation is small. When combined with collaborative robots, it can balance portability and automation, and is suitable for various complex welding scenarios.

04 Rotating Wire Feed Precision Laser Welding Platform: The rotating wire feed laser welding platform, through the efficient linkage of the rotating wire feed and the motion axis, can easily achieve variable posture wire feeding welding and precisely handle complex welding conditions. The equipped push-pull wire feed machine can precisely feed wire for softer materials such as aluminum alloys, ensuring welding stability. In addition, the platform also supports wire feed additive function, effectively expanding application scenarios and providing reliable solutions for various welding needs.

The intelligent welding equipment on display not only has efficient and stable welding performance, but also, in combination with the Tianyi Welding AI large model, can automatically adjust parameters according to different welding scenarios and process requirements, achieving intelligent operation.
