Collaborative robots are suitable for welding various non-standard components of steel structures, including welding of beams, columns and other large components’ webs, flanges, and partitions. They have particular advantages when welding at concentrated weld locations, with long cumulative weld lengths, and in irregular structural components. They can be widely applied in various fields such as steel structures (construction, shipbuilding, bridges, offshore engineering, equipment, etc.), automotive parts, steel furniture, kitchen lighting, fitness equipment, power towers, new energy, medical devices, construction machinery, building templates, electric vehicles and trains, etc., for medium-thick plate welding.
With the handheld pulsed laser cleaning machine, rust can be removed; surface oil and dirt can be cleaned; surface paint can be removed or stripped; surface coatings and layers can be cleared; welding surfaces and spraying surfaces can be processed. It causes little damage to the base material and has excellent cleaning results.
The entire set is self-developed and self-produced, featuring a cold-melt laser handheld welding system with an integrated whole machine design, resulting in low maintenance costs. The dual-loop cold-melt intelligent temperature control system operates continuously at -30℃ to 60℃ for 7*24 hours without interruption.
